Is the item I want to purchase available?

All items on our website are in stock. If an item is out of stock, it is automatically mixed and cannot be added to the cart.

What shipping options do I have? How long did it take?

Free shipping is available for all orders placed in the United States; today, 4 to 7 business days with FedEx.

My toy car order is marked as welcome, but I haven't received it.

We ask that you inform your family, neighbors, guardians (if you live in an apartment), or the carrier. If you still cannot receive the package or cannot find it, please contact us and we will help you recover your item!
